Hope Holloway
Diagnosed:                    April 7th, 2007-  Neuroblastoma
Age at Diagnosis:        5 Years

Hope, age 5, was diagnosed with High Risk, Stage 4 Neuroblastoma on April 3rd,
2007. Hope received six rounds of high dose chemotherapy; her stem cells were
harvested; four surgeries including a surgery to remove her tumor; on September 4th
2007 she spent 24 days in BMT. Hope has also received 12 cycles radiation; was
then enrolled into the CH14.18 antibody study. She completed 6 rounds of anti-bodies
and completed 6 months of 13-cis Retinoic Acid a take home chemo which she
finished her last treatment May 18, 2008.

It has been a long 13 months but Hope is cancer free. We will continue to have scans
every three months for years to come. Our fight is not over but we are winning the war.
